
Tracy Palandjian

Tracy Palandjian is CEO and co-founder of Social Finance, a national impact finance and advisory nonprofit that builds innovative investments and cross-sector partnerships to measurably improve lives. Prior to this, she worked at The Parthenon Group, Wellington Management Company, and McKinsey & Company. Palandjian speaks and writes about environmental, social, and corporate governance as well as impact investing, social innovation, and policymaking. She is a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, American Philosophical Society, and Harvard Corporation. Palandjian is vice chair of the US Impact Investing Alliance, a board member of the Surdna Foundation and the Boston Foundation, and an independent director of Affiliated Managers Group.
